RELYANT performed work on a C-IED / EOD Equipment and Training. This contract required the procurement and delivery of required equipment and training to military personnel of the government forces of Burkina Faso and Mali. The goal was to increase their effectiveness in conducting and sustaining CIED operations. The training part of the project included the planning, designing, curriculum development, POIs and executing three iterations of a 3-course training plan, which consisted of the IED Awareness, Site Exploitation, and IED Defeat (trained in accordance with the NATO International Mine Action Standards) courses. RELYANT also conducted EOD level 1 courses. All courses were in accordance with the applicable training references, including NATO International Mine Action Standards.
