RELYANT provided all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, insurance, and incidentals required for the emergency repair and construction of eight containment repair projects at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana. The various containment areas had developed cracks, spalling and joint sealant failures and were no longer in compliance.
