RELYANT performed the $955k renovation of the base enlisted club, at Andersen Air Force. Renovations were made to the kitchen, lobby, bulletin board room, hallways, offices, café, dining areas, banquet storage, rest room, and employee lounge. This project required complex waste management during demolition including mold, asbestos, and lead remediation and disposal. Improvements included re-insulated utility lines, replaced acoustical ceiling tiles, replaced floor tiles and carpets with ceramic tiles, repaired walls and installed missing ceramic wall tiles, refurbished/replaced existing doors, repaired damaged gypsum board walls including complete wall painting, replaced rest room fixtures, replaced a 100-Amp power panel and replaced damaged electrical outlets/switches, replaced light fixtures. RELYANT completed this work at an active installation coordinating for the interruption of utility services, minimizing interruption to ongoing operations.
