RELYANT renovated and upgraded Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) Building 723 under MacDill task order (TO) Renovate Interior Rooms for Building 723, Project Number NVZR 16-0097. The primary goal of the renovation was preparing a 722 square feet (SF) open office area to house six workstations, one private office, and a small communications room on the northeast corner of building 723. The team also renovated individual rooms in building 723 including room 110, 111, and 112. The team provided new construction services, performing select demolition, and installed new drywall partitions, wood doors, and suspended ceiling system. Construction works included installing thermal insulation that conformed to American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), specifically ASTM C578 and ASTM C591, standards and physical properties requirements. To ensure all work was Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) compliant, the team renovated and installed floors, walls, ceilings, and systems that met the National Counterintelligence and Security Center’s “Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, Version 1.4” requirements.
