Jared Garceau joined RELYANT as Chief Legal Officer in April 2023, where he oversees the company’s legal affairs.

Prior to joining RELYANT, Jared was a shareholder with the Knoxville law office of Lewis Thomason, P.C. where he practiced for nearly a decade in the areas of construction, business and commercial law, real estate, and general civil litigation. Jared has been recognized since 2020 as a Mid-South Super Lawyers® Rising Star. He was also included in the inaugural edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in business organizations and construction law.

Jared obtained his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business and graduated with highest honors (summa cum laude) from the University of Tennessee’s College of Law, receiving the University of Tennessee’s Chancellor’s Citation for Extraordinary Professional Promise and membership in the Order of the Coif honor society.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and raising his two young children with his wife, Danielle. Jared and his family are heavily involved with the Down Syndrome Awareness Group of East Tennessee.
